Failed Delivery or Pickup
If a customer is unavailable or refuses to complete payment at delivery or pickup, BuyStuffs.online reserves the right to:
Cancel the order
Restrict the customer from using the Cash on Delivery option in the future
Returns and Refunds for COD Orders
Cash on Delivery orders are still subject to the Refund & Returns Policy.
Customers must request a return within 3 days of receiving the order. Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds will be processed through an agreed payment method.
